I missed posting yesterday although I did do some crochet for my boys’ fingerless gloves.
But today, I miraculously managed to schedule things so that I had time to create and all lessons got done as well, plus the boys got outside to play! Good day!
Butterfly Birth.
I have to gobble down some dinner and off to work but promise to visit some blogs tonight for the AEMD. Thank you infinity for all of the wonderful comments and encouragement this past month! It’s been amazing for me and I’ve been incredibly inspired!
Happy creating!
This is so adorable! I love the splash of color in the background, and her stance and expression are priceless. Gorgeous work!
Thank you, Elizabeth. It was one of those images that, yet again, popped into my head so I enjoyed bringing it to life!
Beautiful!
Thank you, Kim! I’m having so much fun!
Love the butterfly bubbles. This is so creative. So sweet and soft. Even though there is simplicity in this work there is so much feeling and movement in the art work. I love how you are able to communicate so much through your art work with minimum lines and colour. Amazing.
Oh my thank you so much, Angelique! You have a way with words and I blush. Thank you oodles for the encouragement!
A wonderful and exquisite motion picture!
Thank you! 🙂
Oh, this is so sweet …. Love how she’s standing on tip-toes, and just the little touch of colour.
I do love your whimsical girl, she has so much expression. Thanks for stopping by my blog
Thank you, Vicki – and you’re welcome. 🙂
Late to the party, but this is gorgeous! I so wish I could draw like that. Somehow what comes out never matches what’s in my head.
Thank you, Meryl! I know what you mean, and usually it takes a while for what is in my head to come out in a way that seems conducive. For me, art takes time and 90% of it is conceptual and planning. I still have yet to post any pieces that take a lot of time – that will come soon, I hope. 🙂
