I haven’t worked with acrylic in a while and I really felt like getting my hands dirty. I love adding layers of paint, mostly with my hands, to the canvas. Then I rolled on the white.
I looked at the canvas for a while as it dried and started to see hair and a face on the right side and just went from there. I am not very fast when using acrylics so this whole process took a long time but I enjoyed each minute!

I love adding little details like the white dots in her hair and on her cheeks.
The moon, moon, moon!
I just realized that I never state the size of my pieces. Most of them are pretty small as my space and storage (what storage?) is small too. This is a square 8″. Most of my paintings are this size or small but someday when I have the room I will be purchasing some big canvases. To dream!
Happy creating!!
