I have just begun to knit this Sweet November Shawl by Caryl Pierre on Revelry. I love the colours and the feeling of this yarn between my fingers! It’s Boerum Hill from Isaac Mizrahi. At this moment I am wearing my yoga socks that I finished last week and am loving them not only for yoga but for wearing around the house too. I feel like I am barefoot which is my preferred way to be. 🙂
I am still reading The Silver Witch by Paula Brackston but will be starting Goddesses Never Age today for my book club a week from now. I plan on making myself a tea and settling in to read and knit. Last night’s snow has filled the trees heavily and wonderfully. It just seems like the kind of day to do yoga, art, read, knit and have a hot cuppa. 🙂
I am joining Ginny for Yarn Along for another week in a row. Off to see what others are doing. 😉
Happy creating!

It does sound like a beautiful day there. Enjoy! And I like the colors in that yarn. What a pretty shawl that will be.
Thanks, Becki. I should have it done in time for spring. Ha!
Those colors! Love! Enjoy the cozy day!
Thanks, Dawn! The boys and I have already been outside so now it’s time for some relaxing indoors. 🙂
Sounds so warm and cozy! Need to do this
Hi Leslie! There is something about knitting in the colder months that just hits the spot. 🙂
these sound like wonderful wintry things to do!
I just got the silver witch from the library, have not begun it yet.
where do you live, just wondering where it is snowing. we are above freezing here in NW Montana, snow is getting heavy and falling from the trees.
I am only a few chapters in and loving it! Witchy witches are so wonderful. 🙂 We are in Nova Scotia and last night we got about 15cm of lovely snow. We are almost on the same latitude. 🙂
Sounds like a perfect winter’s day!
It was! 🙂
I know how you feel when a yarn feels good in the hands, so very decadent! Pretty colors!
Thanks, Karen! 🙂
